What services/products does your business offer?

Credible Ink offers expert support for self-publishing nonfiction authors—from editing and high-conversion title development to strategic keyword research and positioning. We design sleek interiors, compelling covers, and market-ready books that build clarity, authority, and impact.

Why should our community members hire you?

Because your book is more than content—it’s a credibility asset. We specialize in nonfiction, so we understand what’s at stake: clarity of message, strategic positioning, and visual authority. Our process is hands-on, high-integrity, and tailored to authors building a brand, business, or legacy. From editing to KDP optimization to standout design, we help your book do what it’s meant to: build trust, spark recognition, and open doors.

What do you enjoy about working with nonfiction authors?

I love working with nonfiction authors because their books are often acts of generosity. They’re distilling hard-won insights, lived experience, and deep expertise into something that can truly help someone else. It’s incredibly satisfying to shape that into a book that feels clear, aligned, and powerful—something that not only reflects who they are, but moves their message further into the world.

What is the origin of your business? When did your company begin and why?

After a career in editorial design and design education, Credible Ink started to take shape in 2024 when I realized that too many smart, insightful people were publishing books that didn’t reflect the depth or clarity of their ideas. With a background in design, writing, and marketing, I started Credible Ink to help nonfiction authors create books that feel aligned—visually, intellectually, and emotionally. What began as design work quickly evolved into full-spectrum support: editing, title development, KDP strategy, and a deeply collaborative process to bring big ideas to life with precision and authority.

What piece of advice would you like to offer authors?

Don’t rush to publish—pause to align. The best nonfiction books aren’t just well-written; they’re well-positioned. Before you finalize your draft or choose a title, get crystal clear on what your book does—for your reader, your brand, and your long game. A strategic pause early on can save you months of frustration and make the difference between a book that exists… and a book that works.
