What inspired you to write your book?

I want to share the joy of spirit and assist all who want to find their own deep, God-centered connection.

If you have a business related to your book, tell us about it: 

I have a nonprofit 501c3 called Anand Gurukula. It is dedicated to sharing spiritual teachings. I teach meditation and mentor people seeking to deepen spiritually.

What is a typical day like for you? 

I am a psychologist and see clients and those I am mentoring in their spiritual practices, work on promoting my books, and spend time with family and friends. I also give intuitive spiritual talks and run group meditations and other events at our ashram.

What do you most enjoy about what you do?

Sharing my love for the Infinite One with others and helping them become more connected to their deepest self, whether it is through writing, personal sessions, my intuitive talks, or other events.

What are some favorite books you’d recommend to our readers? 

Ramana Maharshi’s teachings, Anandamoi Ma’s life story, Riddle Master of Hed Patricia McKillip, and Wizard of Earth Sea by Ursula Leguin.

What advice do you have to offer our readers?

Follow your heart.

What would people be surprised to learn about you? 

I have been on many adventures both internally and in life.
